Vicus Caprarius is the name of the archaeological site also known as the “The City of Water”, at Vicolo del Puttarello no. 25 Rome.

INFORMATION NOTE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03 AND THE SUCCESSIVE EU REG. 679/2016 (GDPR)

to send us communications/requests for information on the archaeological site Vicus Caprarius, the City of Water, via the form that appears on the website:
to follow up your requests, for example by the spontaneous forwarding of messages that involve the successive acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address or other data that you wish to communicate to us, you must allow us, by clicking on the specific consent button, to process your data.
The data communicated for the aforesaid purposes will be processed in hard copy format (also with the aid of automated tools) in order to be able to answer your requests.
The data will be processed by Cremonini (represented, in this case, by internal and/or external Data Processing Managers which will be service providers specifically appointed by Cremonini) in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU Reg. 679/2016, according to provisions in force on each occasion (and, therefore, also in respect of the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and the protection of the confidential nature of the data and of your rights) and with logics strictly linked to the purposes indicated in this Information Note.
In the case of an internal Manager, the appointed Manager is identified in the Manager of the Archaeological Area.
Within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, Cremonini may communicate the data to other companies of the Cremonini Group.
Specific security measures are observed to maintain adequate security, including protection by means of technical and organisational measures adequate to prevent the loss of the data, their illicit or improper use and unauthorised access to the same.
The data will be filed at the Cremonini offices and at the premises of the appointed Processing Managers for a period of no more than 24 months, after which they will be cancelled.
Cremonini will carry out on the data only the operations necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this Information Note.
You will have the right, free of charge and at any moment, to exercise the rights contemplated by the regulations in force by sending a specific request via the relative form which can be found on the website, including the right:
- to update/make additions to, modify and/or correct and/or cancel (partially or totally) your personal data or to limit the processing;
- to receive confirmation of the existence and the purposes of the processing of your personal data;
- to revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any moment, without, however, prejudicing the legality of the processing based on your consent given before the revocation;
- to oppose, entirely or in part, any illegitimate processing of the data;
- to address complaints to a control authority;
- to receive a copy of the data that you have provided and to request said data to be transmitted to another data processing holder.
